I hadn't bought a Dvd/Cd stand because I wanted something that would look good with my furniture but wasn't pricey. I was glad to find this piece. All of my furniture is wood and medium to dark brown. This goes well and it doesn't cheapen the look of room. It was fairly easy to assemble. We did have to leave out a piece or two because some of the parts didn't line up correctly. However, I don't think the sturdiness was compromised at all. The spin highlight is nice so that we can use the back and front for storage. I recommend this as an easy explication for the price.
